Peachy Bums period undies & swimwear products are labelled as sanitary products, hence, we have strictly implemented a “No Return Policy” Returned sanitary products cannot be resold, despite claims of them being unused, unworn, and unwashed. Each product is placed inside a box with a sanitary packaging seal. This is to ensure every pair is protected. This is to maintain and uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards to protect our customers and our team.

We believe in our products at Peachy Bums and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day risk free trial for all first time customers. “

How it works?

1. Try them on: Order your first pair of our period underwear and wear them during your cycle.
2. If you don’t love them, we will provide a credit note or full refund for one pair in your order no questions asked. This offer is for first time customers and first pair only

Satisfaction Guarantee on your first pair

We get it, trying a new product can feel like a risk or waste of money if your don’t like them or they fit, especially when it’s something as personal as period underwear. That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on your first pair. If you’re not satisfied, just contact us within 60 days of purchase, and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement for that pair—no returns needed.

No Returns Required

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on worn or unworn underwear. We’re confident in our products, and we want you to feel the same. That’s why we suggest testing one pair before deciding on the rest.

No refunds or exchanges after your first pair

Due to the nature of the product, we can not resell sanitary products that have been handled by customers in anyway. For hygiene purposed we are unable to offer any exchange, credits or refunds for any additional worn or unworn period underwear. This is to maintain and uphold strict hygiene standards and comply with the Australian Government Department of Health. Therapeutic goods Administration standards & health and safety standards for all customers.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Replacement Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’ll replace it for free. Just send us a photo of the defect within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll dispatch a replacement right away. No Questions Asked

If there’s a manufacturing defect, we stand by the quality of our product and ensure you get exactly what you paid for, hassle-free.

Cancellations

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours. Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming.

Wrong Size

Each product has its own unique fit, we have a size scale that best describes the size of the product on each page. If your in-between sizes we suggest sizing up. If you receive the wrong size due to our mistake, we’ll send a replacement in the correct size.

Please refer to our sizing charts for each individual style of period underwear as they can sometimes differ from standard AU sizing.

Please note: We do not offer replacements if you ordered the wrong size.
